Where are invoices stored?
Only in your Google Drive. dropwrk does not keep copies. There is no second cloud and no document storage on our servers.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Each location has a QR code. Open the phone camera — no app store and no separate signup for the person on site.
How does invoice scanning work?
Scan the location QR code, photograph the invoice, and dropwrk crops it and uploads it to the right Google Drive folder, plus a row in Invoice Register.
Does dropwrk run OCR or AI on invoices?
dropwrk has no built-in AI client or model. AI processing is optional and happens only when you connect your own ChatGPT or Claude through MCP. That assistant can then read invoice pages and write extracted fields back to your Google-based register under your authorization.
Can I use dropwrk with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Connect dropwrk as a custom MCP connector from your own ChatGPT or Claude account. The assistant uses protected dropwrk tools, your organization roles and OAuth access — it never receives unrestricted access to your spreadsheet.
Who is dropwrk for?
Teams with warehouses, stores, and sites where the invoice arrives on paper and accounting already works from Google Drive.
